Check out our map showing how the planned Upper Bucks Rail Trail will fit into the big picture of the Highlands Trail Network. At the top of the map, to the north, the planned Upper Bucks Rail Trail begins with a connection to the Saucon Rail Trail. From there the trail heads south into Quakertown. At the borough’s park at Fourth and Mill Streets, the trail is on-road and on sidewalks where it heads west to trails in Richland and Milford Townships. Continuing west for several more miles the trail will connect with the Perkiomen Trail near Green Lane.
