On September 25th, the Pennsylvania Highlands Coalition hosted a free webinar program featuring Brian Harris, Township Manager and Secretary/Treasurer for Bushkill Township and Stephanie Armpriester, Municipal Outreach Coordinator with Lancaster Farmland Trust.

Their presentations focused on unique land conservation tools, the official township map, and transfer of development rights (TDR) programs and their success applying both tools in their municipalities.
